Jacked — Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 7, 2026
This policy covers Jacked, the iOS weight training app published by Proctor Consulting Services LLC. It does not cover this website — see the site privacy policy for that, which is separate because this site uses analytics and the app does not.
The short version
Jacked keeps your training on your phone. It has no account, no server, and no analytics. The app contains no networking code at all, so it cannot send your training anywhere on its own.
Two things leave the device, and only because you ask them to: a file you export and share yourself, and — if you turn it on — a summary of your training published to a folder in your own iCloud Drive, so an AI assistant you choose can read it. Both are described below.
What Jacked stores
Everything you enter: the people you add, the days you train, exercises, sets, weights, reps, cardio entries, bodyweight, routines, and any notes. It is stored in a database inside the app's own container on your device, and it is included in your device backups the same way any other app's data is.
What Jacked reads from Apple Health
With your permission, and only then, Jacked asks to read:
- Workouts
- Distance: walking/running, cycling, rowing, and swimming
- Heart rate
- Active energy burned
- Bodyweight
It reads the first four so it can offer your recorded workouts for import into your cardio log, and bodyweight so your training summary can report which way your weight is moving. If you do not sync a scale to Health you can type a weight in instead.
Jacked never writes to Apple Health. It requests no write permission at all, so it is not capable of adding, changing, or deleting anything there. You can decline Health access, or revoke it later in the Health app, and the rest of Jacked continues to work.
The shared folder
Jacked can publish a summary of your training to a folder in your own iCloud Drive, so an AI assistant you use — Claude, ChatGPT, or anything else that can read a folder — can read it and write routines back for your approval.
This is off until you use it, and it is worth being exact about what it means:
- The folder is in your iCloud account. It is not a server we run, and there is no such server.
- What is published is a training summary: exercises, recent sets, what has gone stale, and your bodyweight if you record one. It covers the phone's owner only.
- Files the app writes are yours to read. Open the folder and read every one.
- Sharing it with an assistant is a thing you do, not a thing Jacked does. Granting a tool access to that folder happens on your own computer, under your control, and can be revoked there.
- Anything you or an assistant puts in the folder is subject to that assistant's own privacy policy, not this one. If you point a cloud AI at your training summary, that summary goes to that company under their terms.
Turn it off by not using it. Jacked publishes only when iCloud Drive is available to it, and the folder can be deleted at any time.
What leaves your device
Only what you deliberately send. Jacked's Export feature writes one person's training history to a file and hands it to the standard iOS share sheet. You choose what happens next — AirDrop, Messages, saving to Files, or cancelling.
- It contains only the person you chose. The filter is applied when the file is written, not when it is read, so a file you send to a training partner contains their training and nobody else's.
- It deliberately omits the identifiers that link imported cardio back to your Apple Health records, because those identifiers are meaningful only on the phone that created them.
Jacked has no other outbound path. It does not phone home, check for updates, report crashes, or measure usage.
What Jacked does not do
- No accounts, sign-in, or email collection
- No advertising, ad identifiers, or tracking of any kind
- No analytics or telemetry, first-party or third-party
- No third-party SDKs
- No location access
- No data sold, shared, or disclosed to anyone — there is no mechanism to
Children
Jacked lets you log training for more than one person, and someone you add may well be a minor — a family member or someone you coach. Their data is treated exactly like anyone else's: it stays on the device, and nothing about it is transmitted or analysed. Only the phone owner's training is ever published to the shared folder described above.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes its database and everything in it. There is no server copy to request the deletion of. If you have exported files, or a shared folder in your iCloud Drive, those are ordinary files wherever you saved them and are yours to delete.
