Jacked is a weight training log for iPhone, published by Proctor Consulting Services LLC.

Email david@proctorconsultingservices.com. It is read by a person. If you are reporting something that went wrong, the version and build number at the bottom of the app's Settings screen tells us exactly which build you are on, which usually saves a round trip.

Questions that come up

How do I connect an AI assistant?

Open Settings → AI Coach and tap Setup message. That copies a short message with the folder path in it; paste it into Claude, ChatGPT, or any assistant that can read a folder on your computer, and it will find instructions waiting for it in the folder.

This needs a Mac or PC. iCloud Drive folders are not reachable by other apps on iPhone, so an assistant running only on your phone cannot see the folder. Your computer has to be signed into the same iCloud account as your phone.

My assistant says it cannot see the folder

Folder access is granted on your computer, not in Jacked, and the prompt appears there. If your assistant has a file tool that rejects a ~, expand it to your full home directory path. And check the folder exists: open Jacked once and leave it, which is what creates and publishes into it.

Does Jacked need an account or a subscription?

No. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server. Your training is on your phone.

Can I move my training to a new phone?

Yes. Settings → Export & Import writes one person's history to a file you can send anywhere, and imports one on the other end. Device backups also carry Jacked's data the same way they carry any other app's.

Bodyweight is not appearing from Health

Open Settings → Bodyweight → Read from Health and allow access when asked. If you have already denied it, iOS will not ask again — turn it back on in the Health app under Browse → your profile → Apps → Jacked. You can also type a weight in by hand instead.

Something is wrong with my data

Deleting an exercise from a day can be undone straight afterwards. If something is already lost, export what you still have before experimenting further, and email us — there is no server-side copy for us to restore from, so the file you export is the copy that exists.
